By accessing or using Forzen, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Using Forzen
Forzen is a high-heel focused app. You may use it only in a lawful manner and only for its intended functions, including browsing entries, publishing posts, managing a profile, reviewing wallet balance, and requesting AI try-on previews.
3. Your Profile and Account
You are responsible for the information you place in your profile and for activity carried out through your use of Forzen. Keep your account access secure and make sure profile details and uploaded content are accurate and appropriate.
4. User Content
- You retain responsibility for the photos, captions, tags, and other content you submit.
- You must have the rights needed to upload or share any content you post in Forzen.
- When you publish content, you allow Forzen to display it inside the app and operate related features such as likes, reporting tools, and profile views.
5. Community Conduct
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not misuse report or block tools, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass reasonable app controls.
- Forzen may remove content, restrict access, or take other moderation steps when needed to protect the service or its users.
6. AI Try-On Preview
- The AI try-on feature works from the shoe image linked to an entry and the photo you select for preview generation.
- You must have permission to use any photo you submit for AI try-on.
- AI preview output is provided for visual experimentation only and may not reflect actual fit, comfort, material behavior, or final real-world appearance.
- Forzen states in the app that AI try-on input is not used for face recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling.
7. Diamonds and Purchases
- Forzen offers optional diamond packs through the app platform's in-app purchase system.
- Diamonds are used for app functions such as AI try-on usage after free tries are exhausted.
- Pricing, billing, refunds, and transaction handling are also subject to the rules of the platform through which you make the purchase.
- Diamond balances have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money unless required by applicable law.
8. Service Changes
Forzen may change, suspend, or remove features, interface elements, or purchase options as the app evolves. Availability is not guaranteed at all times.
9. Intellectual Property
Forzen, including its software, brand assets, design elements, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying materials to you.
10. Ending Access
You may stop using Forzen at any time. Forzen may also limit or end access when necessary for safety, legal, operational, or policy reasons.
