Contact us if you need help with profile changes, heel post publishing, AI try-on previews, image permissions, wallet balance, diamond purchases, sign-out, or account deletion.
Use the publish flow to add one or more photos, write a caption, choose tags, and submit the archive entry to your profile and the feed.
Open your profile area, enter the profile editing screen, and update your avatar or text fields there. You can choose a photo from the gallery or take a new one with the camera.
Those permissions are used only when you choose features that need them, such as publishing a post, changing your avatar, selecting a try-on input photo, or saving a generated preview.
If an AI try-on request does not complete, check that the selected image is valid, that required permissions are available, and that your connection is stable. If the problem continues, email support with a short description of what happened.
Diamond packs are offered through the app platform's in-app purchase flow. If a purchase completes but your balance does not update, contact support and include the product you tried to buy.
Both actions are available from Settings. If you need assistance with account removal, contact support from the email address you want us to use for the request.
Yes. Forzen includes in-app safety actions for reporting and blocking. Use the in-app option first, then contact support if you need follow-up help.
