How Forzen handles information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Forzen handles information when you browse heel entries, publish archive posts, edit a profile, request AI try-on previews, review wallet balance, purchase diamonds, or contact support.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information processed through the Forzen app and related support communications. It covers the app's current high-heel feed, profile area, publishing flow, wallet and diamond purchase flow, settings, and AI try-on preview feature.

2. Information We Handle

  • Profile details: display name, avatar, bio, privacy preference choices, and basic account state needed to operate the profile area.
  • Post content: photos you choose to add, caption text, tags, likes, and related entry information shown in the feed and entry detail pages.
  • Safety actions: report selections, blocked profile records, and related moderation information when you use safety tools.
  • AI try-on inputs: the photo you choose for preview generation, including visible facial features, body pose, clothing, and background, plus the selected shoe image.
  • AI try-on outputs: generated preview results and any save action you choose for a preview image.
  • AI consent preference: your choice about whether Forzen should remember AI face-data consent for future try-on requests.
  • Purchase and wallet records: product identifiers, transaction status, and diamond balance information needed to support purchases and preview usage.
  • Support communications: the information you send when you email us for help or privacy questions.

3. Permissions

Forzen may request access to system permissions only when you choose a related feature.

  • Photo library access: used when you select photos for posts, profile updates, or AI try-on input.
  • Camera access: used when you take a new photo for a post or for a profile update.
  • Save-to-Photos access: used when you choose to save a generated AI try-on result.

4. AI Try-On Consent

  • Before Forzen sends the selected user photo for AI try-on processing, the app presents a Face Data Consent prompt.
  • AI Preview will not run unless you agree to that consent prompt.
  • The consent prompt explains that the selected user photo and the selected shoe image are sent to generate the AI preview you request.
  • If you enable the in-app setting to remember AI face-data consent, Forzen may rely on that saved preference for later try-on requests until you change the setting.
  • You can turn off the remember-consent setting in Settings if you want Forzen to ask again before a future AI preview request.

5. How We Use Information

  • To create and display profile information, heel entries, images, captions, tags, and likes.
  • To operate the publishing flow, entry detail pages, profile editing, safety tools, settings, and wallet views.
  • To process AI try-on requests and return a generated preview when you ask for one.
  • To remember your AI face-data consent preference when you choose that option.
  • To process diamond purchases, update wallet balance, and apply preview usage rules.
  • To answer support questions and handle privacy, account, purchase, or technical help requests.

6. Visibility Inside Forzen

Information you choose to publish, such as heel entry images, captions, tags, likes, and visible profile details, may be shown to other people who use Forzen as part of the app's community experience.

7. Sharing

  • With other users: when you publish a heel entry or maintain a visible profile, that content can be displayed inside Forzen.
  • With purchase providers: the app platform's in-app purchase system handles transaction processing for diamond packs.
  • With the AI preview provider: when you request an AI try-on, Forzen sends the selected shoe image and the selected user photo to Alibaba Cloud DashScope using the qwen-image-2.0-pro model to generate the preview.
  • For legal or safety reasons: information may be used or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the app, users, or rights of others.
Forzen does not use AI try-on input for face recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling.

8. Retention

Forzen retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, maintain purchases and wallet balance, address safety issues, respond to support requests, and meet legal or operational obligations.

For AI try-on, provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours. If you choose to save a generated preview to Photos, that saved copy remains available there until you remove it.

9. Your Choices

  • You can update profile details through the profile editing flow.
  • You can decide whether to grant camera, photo library, or save-to-Photos permissions.
  • You can decide whether to request an AI try-on preview. The selected photo and shoe image are sent for preview generation only after you trigger that feature.
  • You can decide whether Forzen should remember AI face-data consent for later try-on requests, and you can change that setting at any time in Settings.
  • You can sign out or request account deletion from the Settings area.
